I created this display outside my classroom. It is a News Board that I change regularly. The news items are world wide and are displayed around the world. The items are connected to their appropriate country by a red ribbon. When I remove old news items to replace with fresh ones I put the old ones in a display book, titled, “The year that was – 2006″, so the children can look back and remind themselves of the year’s events.
